The Electronic Plan Room (EPR) is available only to paid members of the Sudbury Construction Association at the cost of $400.00 + HST per year (in addition to the regular yearly membership dues).

Membership is for 1 year, beginning March 1st and ending on the last day of February. You will be automatically invoiced for renewal.

Here are some of the valuable features of the EPR:

Sharing Documents - Your organization must agree that the information gathered from the EPR will be used solely by you and that you will not copy, transfer or reproduce any of the information for any other purpose. It is the SCA policy that when a member shares documents outside of their organization for printing, etc., the member could have their access suspended for a period of time.

3. Download / Save Plans, Addenda & Specs – Members can download / save all the project documents on to their own computers.

5. Search & View – Members can find all the information online about the project including the project details, plans, specs, addenda & bidders lists.

7. Printing – Members have 3 ways to get physical paper copies of the project information:

9. 1. Submit a request from the online system to the SCA for the documents you want; the SCA will print the documents for you. You can pick up the drawings or we can courier them to you on your account.

   2. Members can download the documents to their computer and print plans from their own system (printers vary for document size). Sending documents to a 3rd party other than the SCA for printing is not permitted.

   3. Each member has their own code for our printers. After viewing the documents online, the member has the option of coming in to the SCA office to make physical paper copies on their own using our machines. 

1. Subscriptions for Automatic Email for Updates – Members can mark the projects they want to control and they will automatically receive all updates and changes to those projects without having to manually check for changes.

3. Public & Private Projects – Members can access projects in public areas and have the ability to host private (their own company) projects.

5. Import & Export (database) Active Projects – Members can export project information to a .csv file which in turn can be imported to any custom control application.

7. History of Electronic Orders – Members will have a record of all orders; can easily reprint the order information; as well as repeat previously submitted orders.
